Is the theory behind Jay’s exercise product, JCORE, where he is celebrated for his no-fail, time-crunched – 20-minute workouts that require no equipment or weights. His body-weight model of conditioning and training synergistically combines incredibly effective cardiovascular, strength, agility and core balance exercises that rapidly transform the body to burn fat and tone faster. Each of his programs requires just one’s body, 20 minutes a day 4-days a week, and a 4×4 foot space. Jay’s bio includes his intriguing personal story. This story is a testament to his expertise – he developed the protocols that rebuilt his own body after suffering a major spinal injury that required 13 major surgeries.
Jay is a graduate of the College of William & Mary, is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the International Sports Sciences Association, and is a member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association. Jay devotes much of his spare time to such charities as the Harlem Children’s Zone, St. Jude’s, City Harvest and The Families of SMA.
